- Excelsior Apple Days – September 19th – 21st
- Experience Excelsior Apple Days – a cherished lakeside festival that unites our community, art, local flavors, and a classic street dance. Since 1935, this event has delighted fans with a day packed full of activities like craft booths, a kid’s corner, food vendors, history tours, Apple Pie contests, live entertainment from local talents Ragtown and Gen X JukeBox, and a lively beer and wine garden at the heart of it all! Stop by Saturday afternoon and see Eric and Sharla Stafford in action serving up drinks in the beer garden!
- Bridging Collection Event in Victoria – Saturday, September 20th – 9:00 – 12:00
- Drop off your gently used items at the Victoria Recreation Center parking lot during the Collection Event to be upcycled for families in need. In partnership with Carver County Environmental Services and Bridging, the City of Victoria is hosting a mattress and small appliance donation drive in the Victoria Recreation Center parking lot. All donations go to Bridging, helping local families move.

- Back Channel Brewing Backtoberfest – Saturday, September 20th starting at 10 AM
- Enjoy a full day of German fun in the sun with their annual bags tourney, stein holding, best dressed contest, and the legendary “Kick the Pickle,” plus special Oktoberfest eats from Parlour Food Truck (Noon–6pm) and Rebel Lobster (Noon–8pm). Events include the bags tourney at 10am, pickle kicks at 1pm and 4pm, stein holding at 3pm and 4:30pm, and best dressed at 5pm.
- The Arboretum's AppleHouse – Open Now through Dec. 20 | 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily
- The Arboretum's AppleHouse is a seasonal destination, featuring Minnesota-grown apples, including varieties grown at the Arboretum’s Horticultural Research Center nearby. Many of the University of Minnesota’s introduced apple varieties are for sale at the AppleHouse, along with gourmet packaged foods, frozen apple pies, pastries, packaged gourmet goodies, gifts and — in the fall — pumpkins, squash and gourds also grown at the Arboretum. Tuesday-Sunday visitors can also enjoy fresh donuts, coffee and cider from North Star Donuts open through Oct. 31. Beginning on November 6th, the Apple House will be transformed into a Holiday Boutique. We will still offer a variety of fresh apples and gourmet foods items along with a wide range of gift giving items and holiday decor.
