    • Eric and Sharla Stafford are proud to sponsor the 2023 season of Christmas in Excelsior. Enjoy strolling Lake Street and shopping our locally owned boutiques, dining at the wonderful restaurants or popping in for a visit with Santa!
  • The North Pole Express – December 7th – 10th
    • Take a ride on the North Pole Express! Climb aboard this holiday train from the past that includes a visit from Santa himself! After a short ride on the train, head into St Paul Union Depot, where children can enjoy a holiday treat brought to you by BNSF Railway. Ticket available on the website.
  • The Frozen Experience at the Shops at West End – Saturday, December 9th 10 AM – 1 PM
    • This free event is hosted by Twin Cities Road Crew at The Shops at West End for a FROZEN EXPERIENCE. Elsa, Anna and Kristoff will be visiting from Arendelle for you to meet and greet, along with LIVE reindeer. Experience live ice sculpting. Enjoy a DJ, Frozen-themed music, winter crafts, games, prizes and face painting, plus food trucks, warm donuts and hot cocoa! Bring the family to this free “cool” event and be sure to wear your Frozen costumes! There will be activities inside and out! Plus, enjoy a special showing of the Polar Express at the ShowPlace ICON Theatre at noon!
  • Winterfest Downtown White Bear – Saturday, December 9th
    • Festivities begin at 11 a.m. with horse-drawn carriage rides and Santa strolling the streets. Carolers arrive at 3 p.m. Throughout the weekend, children can pick up an Elf Passport at a participating business and search for the elf in each store. Three completed passports will be chosen at random to win a Holiday Bear Basket giveaway.
